Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
