Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise, stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness, all while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
• A blend of education and experience equivalent to the required knowledge.
