Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy by participating in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
