Salary: $16.50 per hour

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and report feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Competent in using store equipment and following cleaning standards
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Familiarity with retail work is preferred
