Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
