Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions efficiently.
• Familiarity with retail environments is preferred but not required.
