Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and clean. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment in the store.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
