Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
