Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
