Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
