Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Follow company procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to meet physical demands of stocking and store maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
