Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By working collaboratively with our team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize shelves.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of following safety guidelines and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
