Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles while assisting customers and performing general store duties.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure a neat shopping environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies to uphold store security and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
