Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and grow within a respected company.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
