Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team, responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers. This role offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely use store equipment
• Maintain cleanliness standards
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Have excellent communication skills
• Work well in a team and independently
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Equivalent knowledge through education and experience
