Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
- Handle equipment such as an electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
- Work in a team environment with excellent communication skills.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions accurately.
