Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
