Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask professionally.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
