Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct store inventory counts, and report feedback.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and the security of store assets.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and following safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
