We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

• Position: Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Process customer purchases and provide courteous service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
