Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to meet physical demands and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
