Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Salary

Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
