Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow cash management protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and machinery.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
