Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. The position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
