Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains a high level of merchandising, exceptional customer service, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Process customer transactions, maintain a clean store, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
- Perform physical tasks, including stocking shelves and operating equipment, to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards and following policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
