Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACT Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and comply with cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to provide prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
