Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers between 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product feedback and inventory issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
