Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
