Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and handle customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Participate in inventory management and contribute to maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
