Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with team members will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing daily duties.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
