Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Your focus on exceptional customer service will contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
