Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
