Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security of data
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
