Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred.
