Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with merchandise. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety and security policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
