Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Offer feedback on products and inventory to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately.
- Safely operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
