Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays neatly.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
