Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
