Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's neatness, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.

Salary

Starting wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Offer feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus
