Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
