Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team. Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and reporting feedback on products and services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
