Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
