Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as cashiering, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with the management team and offer feedback on products and inventory
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
