Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
