Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and upholding our company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus
