Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, stocking products, and working collaboratively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
