Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Blend of education and experience equivalent to the job demands.
