Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct inventory counts and report feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in retail is preferred
