Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and policies to ensure operational efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of fulfilling general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
