Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and ready to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
